Transform a Heritage Building into a Brewery.

Why not build a craft brewery in a century-old brick building right on the main street in Niagara-on-the-Lake?

This tiny old historic building wasn’t the ideal site for a brewery, but it is the ideal location. So Dekker Stair came forward with plans to transform the interior.

We built their fabulous feature wall of bottles, their bar, all their cabinetry, the staircase and the upstairs bar. Because of the small space, everything had to be planned and built to fit the unique (tiny and narrow) location.

The results are stunning. It’s a beautiful brewery in a beautiful location. Business is booming! And the Exchange Brewery won a Best Interior award from Toronto’s Interiors Magazine.
